AnyRoom (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies and supports relocatable video-conferencing and meeting-room AV for New Zealand businesses, based in Auckland. Contact us at hello@anyroom.co.nz or 021 167 9441.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you submit our enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone number, and details about your meeting rooms, space, platform and timeline.
- Usage information — when you visit the site we collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived) via Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Cloudflare. Some of this uses cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a site visit or quote.
- To provide, support and improve our products and services.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- With your consent, for marketing and remarketing (e.g. relevant ads). You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, including: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and — where enabled — Google Ads), Cloudflare (hosting and security), our form provider (Web3Forms), and Google Workspace (email). If we later enable advertising tools such as Meta or LinkedIn, they will be listed here. These providers may process data outside New Zealand; we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.
Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies — primarily for analytics (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) and, where enabled, advertising. We don’t require a cookie pop-up, but you can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and analytics data for a limited retention period. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@anyroom.co.nz and we’ll respond as soon as we can. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
