The problem with bolting AV to a building you don't own
A traditional conference-room fit-out drills displays, cameras, cabling and control panels into the fabric of the room. That's fine if you own the premises and never plan to change the layout. The reason is simple: you pay once for hardware that follows you, instead of repeatedly for fit-outs you abandon.
Who benefits most
No-drill, relocatable rooms fit growing teams that will outgrow their current space, short-term leaseholders who can't justify capex on premises they don't own, co-working and serviced operators who need to redeploy rooms quickly, and anyone in a heritage or rental tenancy where you're not allowed to drill. If there's any chance you'll move, grow or reconfigure in the next few years, relocatable is the lower-risk choice.
