Can you set up a meeting room without drilling the walls?

Yes — that’s the whole idea. Every AnyRoom is no-drill and free-standing (a gallery floor stand, a credenza unit, or a mobile Rover on wheels), so there are no wall fixings and no damage. Ideal for leased and heritage spaces where drilling isn’t allowed.

How much does a video-conferencing room cost in NZ?

An AnyRoom starts at $4,990 to buy (BYOD) and up to about $13,500 for a full Pro boardroom — fixed-price, ex GST, installation included. You can also rent fully-managed from around $550/month. A drilled-in enterprise fit-out typically runs $20,000–$50,000 per room.

Should I rent or buy?

Buying is best value if you’ll keep the room long-term. Renting is pure opex, includes support, insurance and relocation, and suits short leases or businesses that want no capital outlay. Use the calculator above — we show both numbers honestly at the site visit.

Which platforms does it work with?

Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. BYOD tiers use your own laptop; Pro tiers include a certified conferencing bar so you can walk in and start a call.

What happens when we move offices?

The room comes with you. We relocate it to your new space — no re-install bill, no sunk cost. That’s the core of how AnyRoom works.
